1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 cup water
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of stevia powder
How to make sesame seeds milk:
Blend the sesame seeds with the water until smooth (approximately 2 minutes). Pour the mixture through a strainer into a large bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
Stir together the chia seeds, sesame seeds milk, cinnamon, stevia powder and let it rest for few minutes.
Decorate with Goji berries and black sesame seeds.
Enjoy it!

1/2 cup almonds flour
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup dates
1/3 cup dried plums
1/3 cup raisins
3 tsp carob powder
Pour hot water over the dates, dried plums and raisins, let them soak for half a minute and then drain the water. Mix all ingredients in a food processor so it will stick together. Then place the mixture to a plastic wrap or other non-stick sheet and use your hands to press it into a rectangle measuring approximately 6 x 9 inches and 1/3 inch thick. Peel one banana and place it lengthwise on the edge of the mixture and roll tightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
