Mushrooms and kaniwa stew

Ingredients:

1 onion

1 red pepper

Mushrooms

1/3 cup kaniwa

1 cup water or vegetable broth

Curcuma

Ginger powder

Salt and pepper

Method:

Saute the mushrooms, onion and red pepper with coconut oil and spices(curcuma, ginger powder). Add 1/3 cup kaniwa and 1cup water or vegetable broth, bring to a boil, cover and simmer over medium-low heat about 20 minutes or until the kaniwa shows it’s white “tails”.

It’s deliciously good with few parsley leafs.

1 avocado

50 grams spinach

1 cup almond milk

1/2 Tbsp wheatgrass powder

1/2 Tbsp barley grass powder

1/2 Tbsp hemp proteine powder

1 tsp acai powder

1 tsp mix protein powder

1/2 tsp maca powder

1/2 tsp stevia powder

Method/Steps:

Blend all the ingredients very smooth.

Garnish with raw beepolen, chia seeds, blueberry, nectarine, apricot, cherry.
