Millet and quinoa porridge

Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup millet
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • tiny pinch of Himalayan salt

Methods/steps:

1. Rinse the quinoa and millet and drain.

2. Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add the millet and quinoa.

3. Season with a dash of salt. Return to the boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes  until the water is absorbed.

4. Serve with honey and goji berries.
